Providing representation on issues related to

Land Use

We assist clients in matters relating to land use, from land use planning under the Growth Management Act to boundary disputes.  We advise clients on land use planning, protection of water resources under the Growth Management Act, and site development. Mentor Law Group has advocated on behalf of clients in proceedings before the Growth Management Hearings Board both defending and appealing compliance with the Growth Management Act.  Additionally, we advise clients on land use and environmental due diligence, permit approvals, easements, and boundary line and subdivision applications.
